Ravenna Passes Surveys with Flying Colors

Alpine House of Ravenna scored high with two surveys this month. The facility had a “perfect” (with 0 deficiencies) survey from the Portage County Health Department and had a “near perfect” survey from the Ohio Department of Health with a single deficiency related to a minor maintenance issue that was corrected immediately during the survey.
