Alpine House of West Union is a 80-bed, licensed residential care facility located on a serene 6-acre property. The facility offers some of the best assisted living amenities.

Over 30 years of healthcare expertise

  • 24-hour nurse on-call

    • Consultation with nurse/ therapist or visiting healthcare professional
    • Telehealth arranged, if needed

We are licensed by the Ohio Department of Health, and certified by the Ohio Department of Aging. We accept ALF Medicaid Waiver clients.

Memory Care Services

In addition to the basic assisted living services stated above Alpine House’s memory care includes the following:

  • Secured entry/ exit unit.
  • Enclosed courtyard.
  • Three staff supervised/ assisted planned activities daily.
  • Access to onsite counseling/ support services.
  • Wake up services and night ADLs as needed.
  • Increased staff supervision as needed.

Meet Our Facility Manager: Kaylee Curtis

Kaylee was promoted as the facility manager in 2021. She has experience with multiple healthcare facilities prior to working with Alpine House of West Union.  In Kaylee’s own words, she is ” determined to continue giving the ones we care for, the magnificent care they deserve and watch this facility thrive in years to come.”
